This role is responsible for assisting the Service Manager in daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with automotive service experience and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. The Automotive Service Assistant Manager will receive a generous comprehensive compensation and benefits package in addition to the collaboration of a dynamic leadership team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Service Manager in overseeing daily service department operations
  • Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience
  • Help manage repair orders, workflow, and technician assignments
  • Communicate vehicle status updates to customers in a timely and clear manner
  • Ensure accurate documentation of repairs, warranties, and service recommendations
  • Support advisors and technicians to maintain productivity and efficiency
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Promote recommended maintenance and service opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or assistant service manager role preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
  • Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS), CDK is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and work ethic

COMPENSATION:

 The Assistant Service Manager Position has a Monthly Page Range of $5,859-$12,000.  Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Salary Compensation.  The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

  • Monthly Pay Range: $5,859-$12,000. This position pays salary plus monthly bonus.
