Seeking a passionate Assistant Service Manager to support daily Front of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food, Service, and People.
- Oversee service, enforce policies, and approve side work.
- Provide training, lead during peak times, and supervise staff hands-on.
- Ensure customer engagement through table visits and develop sales strategies.
- Lead by example, cross-train employees, and manage scheduling.
- Develop promotions, ensure responsible alcohol service, and maintain safety and cleanliness.
- Assist with inventory, build sales, and uphold our core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun.
