Seeking a full-time Automotive Assistant Service Manager to oversee daily Service Department operations in a family-owned business.
Ideal candidates are motivated, goal-oriented, professional, with integrity, strong communication skills, and a servant attitude.
Responsibilities include customer relations, training service advisors, conducting service meetings, dispatching work, training on multi-point inspections, test drives, monitoring technician performance, shop efficiency, and supply usage.
Qualifications: prior management experience (dealership preferred), excellent communication, self-motivated, multitasking ability, valid driver’s license, CDK and GM experience preferred.
