Overview:As an Assistant Retail Experience Manager at Fleet Feet, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping store culture, supporting daily operations, and delivering a consistent, world-class retail experience. You’ll work closely with the Operating Partner to help lead the team, energize the sales floor, and support the growth and development of our Outfitters (Retail Sales Associates).
This hands-on role focuses on creating an exceptional customer journey while empowering team performance through coaching, scheduling, and daily direction.
