    Description

    Duties:

    • Supports all Clubhouse management staff in the endeavor to provide the highest quality service and product deemed necessary to satisfy Reynolds Lake Oconee clientele.
    • Keeps dining room staff updated on daily changes and upcoming functions.
    • Supervises all food outlets and stations, assuring all employees are present, are knowledgeable in that day's duties, and are performing their duties in accordance with standards set by the Company.
    • Checks servers' opening and closing duties per established policy.
    • Assists to control payroll, other expense to meet established budgets.
    • Supervises staff to achieve service standards set for the dining room staff.
    • Ensures shift-closing paperwork is complete, accounted for and processed according to company policy.
    • Assists in the proper processing of payroll and time keeping.
    • Establishes good communication between all departments and Food and Beverage staff.
    • Assists in training of service staff.
    • Assists in ensuring the facility and surrounding areas are maintained and clean at all times.
    • Participates in weekly Food and Beverage meeting as an alternative to Restaurant Manager.
    • Conducts banking for the Clubhouse operation as required.
    • Able to assist banquet functions throughout all Reynolds Lake Oconee.
    • Able to work any shift to include breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    Qualifications:

    • High school graduate or equivalent.
    • Working knowledge of all areas of restaurant operations from front of the house to back of the house.
    • Customer service oriented with ability to deal with people at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise.
    • Minimum of two years progressive experience in a supervisory role in a food and beverage operation.
    • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
