Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for operational performance and well-being. You will lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant's high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant and retail market.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop short and long-term goals for the restaurant
  • Manage and schedule employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
