About Us: Zambrero Mall Road in Florence is seeking a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team. About the role: The Assistant Restaurant Manager will perform hands-on operations work, handle administrative responsibilities, and support the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of local marketing programs. This role requires a unique blend of operational expertise and marketing savvy, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with restaurant openings and closures, including training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with brand standards

  • Help with training and stocktaking, including conducting inventory audits, managing stock levels, and providing guidance to team members

  • Provide exceptional and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer

  • Support the implementation of local marketing campaigns, including social media management, promotional material distribution, and event coordination

  • Adhere to food handling, safety, and sanitization standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and team members

What You'll Bring:

  •  Have work authorization in the United States.

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in the same or similar role.

  • Excel at providing exceptional customer service with energy and engagement.

  • Possess strong communication skills for interacting with both customers and team members.

  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns, social media management, and promotional strategies.

  • Understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff training, and customer service standards.

  • Ability to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform marketing and operations decisions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
