Your Role:
As Assistant Manager, you'll be instrumental in day-to-day operations, working alongside our General Manager to ensure guests receive outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations during service
- Training, coaching, and supervising staff to maintain high service standards
- Managing reservations, seating, and guest flow
- Handling customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Assisting with inventory, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures
- Maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards
