What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance
• Manage labor, inventory, food ordering, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities
• Coach and develop team members while creating a positive, high-energy culture
• Jump in wherever needed — from the kitchen to the dining room to the register
• Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and leaves wanting to come back

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on management style with a team-first mentality
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction
• Basic computer proficiency
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $48,000 – $56,000 starting salary
• Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
• Health, dental, vision, and employer-sponsored life insurance
• Paid time off: 2 weeks annually - 3 weeks annually after 6 years with the company

Schedule Expectations

• Typical work week averages 45–50 hours
• Combination of day, night, and weekend shifts
