Great compensation and benefits:

• $75,000-$85,000 a year based on experience
• Up to $7,000 in bonuses yearly!

An Assistant Regional knows the tasks at hand, here are a few of the priorities for us!

• Build and maintain an "A" team to manage the assigned communities.
• Property Manages the full-cycle operational and financial responsibilities of a "Region".
• Makes strategic changes to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income.

What the ideal candidate looks like:

• 3+ years' experience in Multifamily Housing management

• Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 5+

• Yardi & CRMiQ experience a plus

• Must be able to thoroughly understand the financial aspects of running a portfolio

• Able to pass a soft credit review
