The candidate will coordinate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to match candidates with open positions, assist throughout the recruitment process, and maintain accurate records.
Additional responsibilities include organizing interviews and events, preparing recruitment reports, and facilitating communication between candidates and employers.
The position requires a high school diploma (associate’s preferred), at least two years of relevant experience, bilingual skills (preferred), strong organizational, communication, and data management skills, proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems, and reliable transportation for site visits.
Schedule flexibility is necessary, including a rotating hybrid schedule supporting extended hours.
Available locations include Brooklyn, White Plains, Staten Island, and Hicksville LI.
