The Assistant Property Manager plays a critical role in the day‑to‑day operations of West Beamer, an affordable housing community serving low‑income families and individuals. Partnering closely with the Property Manager, this role helps ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a welcoming, resident‑centered environment.
Pay: $24.00 -25.05/hour, dependent on experience.
