POSITION PURPOSE: The Residential Assistant Property Manager with direction from the Property Manager is accountable for lease administration and budget & expense management for both residential properties and mixed-use commercial properties with ground floor retail and/or condo units. This position is primarily focused on the back-office operations of a management office with an emphasis on lease administration, rent collection, payables administration, and insurance certificates.

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. The role is considered non-exempt so will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. At SKR, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. This role will be eligible to participate in SKRs variable compensation program (e.g. commission).
The anticipated base pay range for the position in Los Angeles, California is $31.25 - $40.87 per hour.
