This position supports North Pointe, The Overlook, and Clearwater in Post Falls, ID. Between the three properties, there are 188 units in total. The schedule for this role is Tuesday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Position Summary
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of a designated community (or communities). You will ensure exceptional service delivery, resident satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; financial transactions, assisting with leasing and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with housing regulations, and maintaining property standards. You will play a critical role in fulfilling our mission of providing a quality living environment to enhance the lives of our residents!
