Great Opportunity
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting with all day-to-day operations of the apartment community. You will be responsible for:
• Collecting and posting rent payments • Managing resident delinquencies, evictions, and legal notices • Performing pre-close and closeout accounting • Completing financial reports, audits, property inspections, and alerting maintenance to property needs • Processing move-ins and move-outs • Assisting with team training on leasing, marketing, and general office operations • Filling in as property manager when needed • Your leadership will play an important role in the propertys success
Position requires weekend and holiday work.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience as an Assistant Property Manager. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Patience and a positive personality. Current drivers license and proof of automobile insurance. Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills. Financial and analytical skills.
