Assistant Property Manager

LHH is looking for an Assistant Property Manager for our client is a growing real estate investment and property management company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations, inspections, and turnovers.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and repair schedules.
• Serve as a primary contact for tenants, guests, and property owners.
• Support leasing activities, renewals, and rental agreements.
• Manage reservation calendars and list updates for short-term rentals.
• Process invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate property records.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and guest ready.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, or real estate.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Pay/Benefits

• ??$50,000 -$60,000 depending on experience
• 100% employer-paid Medical
• 15 days PTO
• 401k
• Summer Fridays, offices close at 2pm

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
