We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a residential community/association. This role assists the Property Manager in maintaining property standards, supporting residents and board members, coordinating vendors, and ensuring smooth community operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager with daily operations of the community
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
- Assist with scheduling and preparing materials for board meetings
- Maintain association records and documentation
- Support enforcement of community rules and governing documents
- Assist with property inspections and follow up on maintenance items
- Coordinate communication between residents, vendors, and management
- Help manage work orders, service requests, and project follow-ups
- Perform administrative duties including emails, phone calls, and filing
- Previous property management, HOA, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with property management software (AppFolio or similar) is a plus
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
- HOA or condominium association management experience
- CAM license (or ability to obtain) preferred but not required
