Assistant Property Manager (Commercial/Retail) – Kansas City, MO
- Distributing tenant memos.
- Enter and code invoices.
- Drafting and distributing vendor contracts, and ancillary tenant agreements.
- Update and maintain all Building, Tenant, Vendor sheets, fire life safety records, other maintenance records.
- Create and track tenant lease and HVAC contracts.
- Update and keep updated all electric and gas meter logs.
- Notify Accounts Payable on changes.
- Work with the Property Manager during budget season to track vendor proposals.
