Assistant Property Manager

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay - $19.00 to $20.00 per hour + commissions

  • Up to $100 per lease

  • Annual performance reviews with the opportunity for raises

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am to 5:30pm

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations

  • Help maximize lease renewals (earn commission!)

  • Build and maintain strong resident relationships

  • Show and lease apartments when needed (earn commission!)

  • Ensure marketing efforts are up-to-date and effective

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience in multifamily housing preferred

  • Strong computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • A knack for solving problems and resolving conflicts
