Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants, ensuring a high level of customer service and responsiveness.
Assist tenants with requests, questions, and concerns regarding building operations, amenities, and services.
Conduct regular inspections of common areas and building facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate and support tenant engagement events and property-sponsored activities.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure work is completed timely and in accordance with contract requirements.
Assist with the administration and maintenance of vendor and service contracts.
Oversee tenant improvement and upfit projects, including tracking construction activity, maintaining project documentation, coordinating communication with tenants and contractors, and processing related purchase orders.
Review and approve vendor invoices and purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget guidelines.
Maintain property records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree
Great Communication skills both written and verbal
Microsoft Office skills
Prior experience in commercial real estate property management
