Assistant Property Manager 
 
Prestigious Charlotte Commercial Real Estate firm is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to work closely with the Senior Property Manager in supporting their tenants for a high-end property. You will be responsible for communicating with vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding property improvements, maintenance, and overall support of tenant's needs. Salary up to $70K.  
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants, ensuring a high level of customer service and responsiveness.

  • Assist tenants with requests, questions, and concerns regarding building operations, amenities, and services.

  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas and building facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained.

  • Coordinate and support tenant engagement events and property-sponsored activities.

  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure work is completed timely and in accordance with contract requirements.

  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of vendor and service contracts.

  • Oversee tenant improvement and upfit projects, including tracking construction activity, maintaining project documentation, coordinating communication with tenants and contractors, and processing related purchase orders.

  • Review and approve vendor invoices and purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget guidelines.

  • Maintain property records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree 

  • Great Communication skills both written and verbal 

  • Microsoft Office skills

  • Prior experience in commercial real estate property management
