JOB SUMMARY:
Gallo Mechanical is looking for a Mechanical Construction Assistant Project Manager to join our high performing team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with Project Managers to manage the entire life cycle of a project from inception through to closure. The Assistant Project Manager shall ensure that the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and effectively in accordance with the agreed upon budget, schedule, quality, and to exceed the clients expectations. To achieve these important goals, working with Project Managers, the Assistant Project Manager will help define project requirements and scope, manage project costs, mange field labor, and manage subcontractors.
Efficient delivery of project deliverables, effective quality control, clear communication of expectations to stakeholders, and upward reporting to senior management are critical tasks that must be performed throughout each projects lifecycle. The Assistant Project Manager will also develop and maintain long term customer relationships to foster better communication and develop future work.
