Description

The Assistant Project Manager will:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to address project needs and concerns.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing solutions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on all project sites.
  • Support the procurement process by coordinating materials and resources.
  • Maintain thorough records and ensure proper documentation is completed for all project activities.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project components effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • A solid understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
