Their team offers a collaborative environment where motivated construction professionals can develop their skills while working on challenging, design-driven projects.Job DescriptionSupport Project Managers throughout all phases of construction. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients. Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Help manage project budgets, commitments, and cost tracking. Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules. Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Perform site visits to monitor project progress and quality. Assist with punch lists, project closeout, and turnover documentation. Maintain accurate project records and reports.The Successful ApplicantA successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience working for a General Contractor in an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar construction management role. Experience supporting interior construction, luxury residential renovations, retail fit-outs, or commercial interiors is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
