They offer a team-oriented environment where motivated professionals have the opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow their careers on some of New York City's most impressive residential projects.Job DescriptionSupport Project Managers through all phases of construction.Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and documentation.Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and clients.Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, procurement, and contract administration.Coordinate material deliveries and help maintain project schedules.Participate in project meetings and prepare follow-up documentation.Visit jobsites to monitor progress and support field operations.Assist with punch lists, closeout documentation, and project turnover.Maintain organized and accurate project files.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
