Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Prepare and manage project documentation, RFIs, and submittals
- Conduct site visits and ensure progress aligns with timelines and quality standards
- Help maintain safety compliance and project reporting
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and assist in problem resolution
- Support procurement and contract administration processes

Profile
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in construction/project management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Experience working on commercial or multifamily projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
