Job Details

At least one multifamily project under your belt (ground up)
Knowledge of the residential and multifamily construction market in Chattanooga
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
2+ years of multifamily or commercial construction experience
Experience supporting project management activities including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scheduling
Familiarity with multifamily construction processes, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
Ability to assist with budgeting, project documentation, and cost tracking
Knowledge of construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work onsite and support fast-paced construction operations throughout the project lifecycle
