Due to a strong pipeline, they are immediately seeking the appointment of an experienced and driven construction assistant project manager to assist with multiple projects across the Chicagoland area with the project manager.DescriptionContacting subcontractors and vendors during bid processProject scope of work developmentProject planning and implementation of activitiesDocument management and logging including safety documentation, submittals, drawing logs, RFIs, transmittals, close out documents, meeting minutesSubcontractor and superintendent coordinationTravel to job sites as required by PM and/or superintendentsProfileTo secure this position, you will be a driven and motivated construction professional with previous experience working on commercial, industrial or multifamily projects.
