  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, assistant project management, or field/operations roles within HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV systems, rooftop units, piping/ductwork) and integration with building envelopes or other trades preferred.
  • Understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, cost control, procurement, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word); experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk BIM 360, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
