Client Details

Our client is a well-established South Florida general contractor specializing in multifamily and mixed-use construction. They are known for a collaborative, team-driven environment, strong leadership, and long-term client relationships, with a consistent focus on quality, accountability, and on-time delivery.

Description

  • Support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all phases of construction

  • Assist with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change tracking

  • Help coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries

  • Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones

  • Participate in site walks and assist with quality control efforts

  • Maintain accurate project records using Procore and other construction software

  • Support project closeout documentation and turnover processes

Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in construction (multifamily or mixed-use preferred)

  • Experience supporting ground-up or large renovation projects

  • Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required
