Description
Support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all phases of construction
Assist with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change tracking
Help coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones
Participate in site walks and assist with quality control efforts
Maintain accurate project records using Procore and other construction software
Support project closeout documentation and turnover processes
Profile
1-4 years of experience in construction (multifamily or mixed-use preferred)
Experience supporting ground-up or large renovation projects
Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required
