Job Details

What You’ll Do:
Support Project Managers in executing heavy civil and site development projects
Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Help maintain quality, safety, and production tracking
Participate in project meetings with internal teams and clients
Track quantities, productivity, and change orders

What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in construction
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience with earthwork, excavation, or site development is a strong plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, boots-on-the-ground environment
Familiarity with tools like Procore, HCSS, or similar platforms is a plus
