Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Experience supporting commercial construction projects
Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Experience assisting with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, clients, architects, and internal teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of construction safety standards and jobsite procedures
Detail-oriented approach to project execution and documentation
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset
