Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, submittals, and project coordination
- Prepare contracts and change orders across multiple projects
- Communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project partners
- Assist with general project administration and additional tasks as needed
- 1+ year of office experience
- Construction industry experience or exposure preferred
- Basic understanding of plans and specifications is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Team‑oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AIA software and Procore is a plus
- High School Diploma/GED required
