We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager for Federal Projects in the Construction industry. This unique role involves working closely with our project management team to ensure the successful execution of federal construction projects. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
1. Assisting the Project Manager in the planning and execution of federal construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure all project requirements are met.
3. Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports, in accordance with federal regulations and company policies.
4. Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
5. Assisting in the resolution of project issues and disputes, including contractual, technical, and financial matters.
6. Participating in project meetings and presentations, providing updates and feedback on project status and performance.
7. Continuously improving project management processes and practices, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry
2. Proven experience in managing federal construction projects, with a strong understanding of federal regulations and requirements.
3. A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
4. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
6. High proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and other related tools.
7. Ability to travel to project sites as required.
8. Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are a plus.
