Assistanant Project Manager - Hyperscale Data Center Construction
About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead execution on a large-scale hyperscale data center campus. This role oversees all aspects of project delivery, including cost, schedule, contracts, and client coordination, ensuring successful execution of complex, fast-track mission-critical facilities.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple scopes and phases across a greenfield campus, partnering closely with field leadership to deliver high-quality infrastructure that supports critical data operations.

Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Required
Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects as a Project Manager or equivalent role
Strong understanding of:
Electrical infrastructure (medium/high voltage systems, substations, switchgear)
Mechanical systems (central plants, chilled water distribution, cooling systems)
Construction sequencing and large-scale project delivery
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance across complex builds
Strong contract management and change order experience
Ability to manage multiple scopes and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with construction management tools and scheduling software
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
