Looking to take the next step in your construction career? We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of exciting commercial and retail interiors projects across NYC while gaining hands-on exposure to every stage of the construction process.

Description
- Support Project Managers with the day-to-day management of commercial interiors projects
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients
- Track project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with change orders, closeout documentation, and project reporting
- Attend site walks and help maintain project quality and organization
Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Experience working on commercial interiors projects for a General Contractor
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Eager to learn and develop into a Project Manager
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software is a plus
- Team-oriented, detail-driven, and proactive
