Construction Project ManagerA privately held general contractor headquartered in Florida with over 30 employees and nearly 2 decades in business. Known locally as a stable employer, the firm delivers office, hospitality, education, municipal, religious, and healthcare/MOB projects, with annual revenue around $38M and a strong repeat-client base.Support PMs and Superintendents with daily project execution. Review drawings and assist with scope coordination. Help manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed. Assist with schedules, meeting notes, and closeout tasks.
