Job Details

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, assisting with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and overall project execution.

Job Description
Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout
Support communication with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams
Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, project logs, and key documentation
Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and subcontractor requirements to support project execution
Assist with cost tracking, pay applications, project forecasting, and financial reporting
Coordinate with field teams to help maintain quality, safety, productivity, and schedule performance
Identify potential project issues, missing information, scope gaps, and schedule conflicts early in the process

Qualifications
1+ years of construction experience through project engineering, assistant project management, field coordination, or internships
Experience with commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality, or related building projects preferred
Strong understanding of construction documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and closeout processes
Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal leadership
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
