Description

  • Support Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, and change orders

  • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and documentation

  • Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project reporting

  • Participate in owner and consultant meetings

  • Ensure compliance with schedule and contract requirements

Profile

  • Experience with an established General Contractor

  • Hands-on experience with RFIs, submittals, and change orders

  • Strong organization and communication skills

  • Motivated to grow into a long-term PM role
