Assistant Project Manager 1 (Entry Level)

Dogwood Site Contractors is a full-service heavy civil contractor serving multiple industries across the Southeast. Established in 2021, Dogwood Site Contractors is committed to taking care of our people and our clients.  

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager 1 (Entry Level) for our site development projects.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change logs)
• Track schedules, daily reports, and quantities
• Support budgeting and cost tracking
• Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors
• Attend project meetings and take notes

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years in construction or site development
• Can manage small tasks independently
• Understands basic cost codes, schedules, and contracts
• Understanding of site development phases
• Strong communication and organization
• Demonstrates reliability and initiative
• Accurate documentation
