- Provide inpatient and outpatient consultation and management for pediatric rheumatologic conditions
- Participate in the education of medical students and residents
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including but not limited to, pediatric orthopedics, nephrology, infectious disease, dermatology, and physical therapy
- Contribute to community outreach and education regarding pediatric rheumatologic conditions
- Participate in the development of Pediatric Rheumatology clinical protocols, guidelines, and subspecialty expansion efforts
- Ensure compliance with HIPM and billing regulations
- Adhere to institutional and departmental policies and procedures
- Uphold and promote the values-based culture of TTUHSC El Paso
- Serve the academic community through participation in institutional governance, such as committee work and other administrative duties
