  • Provide inpatient and outpatient consultation and management for pediatric rheumatologic conditions
  • Participate in the education of medical students and residents
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including but not limited to, pediatric orthopedics, nephrology, infectious disease, dermatology, and physical therapy
  • Contribute to community outreach and education regarding pediatric rheumatologic conditions
  • Participate in the development of Pediatric Rheumatology clinical protocols, guidelines, and subspecialty expansion efforts
  • Ensure compliance with HIPM and billing regulations
  • Adhere to institutional and departmental policies and procedures
  • Uphold and promote the values-based culture of TTUHSC El Paso
  • Serve the academic community through participation in institutional governance, such as committee work and other administrative duties
