About the Counseling Department Culver-Stockton College offers a 60-credit M.A. in Counseling degree with specializations in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and/or School Counseling. This degree prepares students to pursue licensure in most states or certification as a school counselor. The program is designed for working adults with classes offered online, live virtual classes, and week-long campus residencies. The program is actively pursuing CACREP accreditation and is awaiting confirmation of site visit dates anticipated for summer or fall 2026.
