The Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of quality improvement/clinical effectiveness, medical education and clinical care. The department is seeking applicants who are highly experienced in the area of stroke. Applicants who have completed stroke fellowship training are preferred. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree.
Teaching responsibilities may include teaching medical students and residents on bedside rounds for the consult and inpatient services. Subspecialty interests are also encouraged.
