The Assistant Production Manager works under the supervision of the Production Manager and supports the technical operations for performances in dance, music, theatre, lectures, and visual art exhibits, as well as front-of-house needs. This position collaborates closely with the Butler Arts & Events Center Operations Manager and provides operational and technical support across multiple performance venues.
Responsibilities include managing events in the Schrott Center for the Arts, Shelton Auditorium, and Eidson-Duckwall Recital Hall; overseeingmaintenance of performance spaces and equipment; developing and maintaining training and production documentation; and supervising the training and scheduling of student workers.
