OverviewConductix‑Wampfler is looking for an Assistant Product Specialist to join our team in Omaha, NE. The role involves collaborating with customers, prospects, and cross‑functional teams to develop custom product specifications, quotations, and solutions for engineered products.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of assigned engineered products and their applications.Prepare accurate and timely quotations and technical documentation.Communicate with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and occasional in‑person visits or tradeshows.Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and other departments to deliver high‑quality solutions.Uphold the company's Core Values of Caring, Adding Value, and Teamwork in every interaction.Maintain accurate records in a CRM system and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Support and uphold Quality and EHS policies.QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other Office applications.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to type at a minimum speed of 50 words per minute with high accuracy.Experience with technical drawings or CAD is a plus, but not required.Post‑high school education and prior customer service or project experience preferred.Familiarity with engineered drawings and CAD is preferred.Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and use Excel for data analysis.Work Environment & BenefitsFull‑time, in‑office position based in Omaha, NE.Hybrid work may be considered after six months based on performance and business needs.Health, dental, and life insurance; 401(k) plan; paid vacation, personal time, and holidays; profit sharing; tuition reimbursement program.EEO StatementDrug‑free workplace / EOE.
