St. Philip Neri School, a Catholic elementary school in Chicago's South Shore neighborhood, is seeking a faith-filled, collaborative, and instructional leader to serve as Assistant Principal. The Assistant Principal supports the school's mission to "be and bring the Good News" through leadership in curriculum and instruction, teacher coaching, student support, special education coordination, and school recruitment and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Illinois Professional Educator License
  • Administrative certification preferred
  • Strong instructional leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in elementary education and teacher coaching preferred
  • Commitment to collaboration, faith formation, and student success
