The new member of our leadership team will use an equity centered lens to guide decision making, strengthen belonging and ensure that all students are seen valued and empowered. This leader will be a strategic thinker who effectively triangulates multiple sources of data, including academic, behavioral, attendance, perception and street data to inform decisions, monitor progress, and drive meaningful change, all while balancing analytical thinking with a deep understanding of relationships, recognizing that data and human experience together tell the story of our school community.
