Assistant Principal

Holy Spirit Catholic School is seeking a faith-filled, collaborative, and student-centered leader to serve as Assistant Principal. This position supports the Principal in advancing the mission of the school through instructional leadership, student support, operational oversight, and fostering a positive Catholic school culture. The Assistant Principal works closely with faculty, staff, students, and families to promote academic excellence, faith formation, and a safe, supportive learning environment.

Requirements for the Assistant Principal Position:

• Master's degree in Education and/or Administration; or working towards it with a completion date of no more than 3 years from hire.
• Current administration license or working towards an administrative license; submission of legal background check.
• Current teaching license and 5+ years of teaching experience.
• Teaching experience in a Catholic school
