About the Role:
Join Sunshine Montessori as a Lead Toddler Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture young minds in a vibrant learning environment. We are dedicated to fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in every child.



Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool age groups.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's development and progress.
• Collaborate with parents to discuss children's growth and address concerns.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff.
• Organize and lead age-appropriate activities that promote social and emotional skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
• Stay updated on early childhood education trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 
  
• 3 Units in Early Childhood Education (or at least three units and working on taking more ECE classes).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Passion for child development and early childhood education.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
