Position Premium Service Assistant Department: Premium Services
Reporting Relationship: Reports to Manager of Premium Services Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt
Position Summary The Premium Services Assistant supports the day-to-day delivery and coordination of premium service for suite owners and club members for Tepper Sports & Entertainment. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service and operational support through first-class communication, account management, special events, and annual touchpoint programming. The position also assists with daily customer service functions, including renewal support and specialized service initiatives, while enabling the Premium Services team to scale effectively as premium demand and inventory continue to grow.
Primary Responsibilities
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of ticket sales experience, collegiate or professional level

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment, mostly office environment outside in a stadium facility at times, which may include inclement weather conditions.
